  • Training and knowledge transfer

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain security of account credentials
  • Ensure proper authorization for service requests
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Timely review and feedback on deliverables

Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of our pre-existing IP
  • Client retains ownership of their pre-existing IP
  • Custom developments are assigned to the client upon full payment
  • We retain right to use general knowledge and experience

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules as per service agreement
  • 30-day payment terms unless otherwise specified
  • Late payments subject to interest charges
  • Taxes additional unless specified

Confidentiality

  • Non-disclosure of confidential information
  • Secure handling of client data
  • Limited access to authorized personnel
  • Return or destruction of confidential information upon request

Limitation of Liability

  • Direct damages up to fees paid
